Type of dust-free cotton swab

The dust-free swab is a kind of dust-free cotton swab. In fact, the dust-free swab is essentially different from the cotton swab. The cotton swab head is made of cotton, which cannot be cleaned cleanly, and may be scraped off during the wiping process. As for the wiping rod, the material of the head can be divided into sponge head and cloth head, both of which are treated dust-free and packaged in a dust-free room. Therefore, in a high level dust-free environment, the wiping consumables used must be more than 100. Only the wiping cloth and the wiping rod can meet the requirements, while the wiping paper and cotton swab can only be used for product wiping in ordinary environments.

If we distinguish the material from the head, we can make it more detailed: the head material is not only the above two, but also the following:

1). Cloth head: according to the difference of cloth and its use function and performance, the cloth head can also be divided into the following categories:


A1: Knitted nylon cloth (super wear-resistant)


B1: Knitted superfine fiber (wipe fine dust, general wear resistance)


C1: Woven superfine fiber (specially used for optical fiber wiping)


D1: Knitted polyester (the cloth surface is in the shape of longitudinal stripes, with deep gaps, which can accommodate more dirt)


The wiping rods of the above dust-free cloth heads can be cleaned to a high level of 100, suitable for electronic use


2) Sponge head: according to the density and chip loss of sponge, there are two types


A1: Perforated PU sponge, 100PPI (PPI -- PORE PER INCH, refers to the number of pores per inch. The more the number is, the more delicate the sponge is, the more difficult it is to shed chips.) The sponge has lower density and is easy to shed chips, but it is fast in water absorption, which is suitable for medical use;


B1: Open cell PU sponge, 400-500PPI, higher density than 100PPI sponge, less chip falling, high dust-free grade, suitable for electronic use


3) Nonwoven fabric head: low grade, but relatively small processing difficulty and low price).
